Colorado's famous cowboy hat wearin' politician is off to a strong start for 2009. Last week, Interior secretary Ken Salazar's decision to cancel oil and gas leases in Utah, previously issued by former President George Bush, made national headlines and earned him a favorable New York Times editorial titled "Ken Salazar's New Deal."
