In a radio interview today, state Rep. Douglas Bruce said that a sexual harassment complaint against him consists of nothing more than that he looked at a woman and smiled.
In a short interview with Dan Caplis and Craig Silverman on 630 KHOW, Bruce said wouldn't know the woman who made the accusation if he saw her on the street.
He said the only reason there is an investigation is that House rules require one. He said a letter he was shown on Wednesday by Speaker Andrew Romanoff was a hand-written note from the woman complaining that he looked at her "and apparently I was smiling at the time."
