Tom Lucero on Amendment 54, 'Clean Government Colorado'

FTS managing editor Brad Jones sits in for 600 KCOL morning team Keith and Gail this week. Tom Lucero, campaign manager for Clean Government Colorado, the committee backing Amendment 54, called in Tuesday morning to explain the citizen-initiated measure. If passed, 54 would bring an end to campaign contributions from businesses receiving "no-bid" contracts from state or local government.
