Face The State's Kate Melvin joins FTS managing editor Brad Jones, guest-hosting on 600 KCOL in Fort Collins, for a look at the week that was in Colorado news.

Among the stories discussed: Boulder County officials, not satiated by a recent vote to limit new home construction, have driven one couple to open a porn shop, instead of the ATV sales and rental operation they originally intended. (Talk about perverse government incentives!)

Also, the debate over oil and gas development in Colorado continues. Will the radical environmentalists and their accomplices in government keep us from developing the state's natural resources?

Brad and Kate also mull the role of celebrities at the upcoming Democratic National Convention, to be held in Denver this August.
