Students are declining to provide CU-Boulder admissions officers with race profile data in record numbers, but the school continues to use skin color as one factor in decision-making. Also, the Colorado Commission on Higher Education is refusing to provide valuable information about the academic preparedness of prospective Freshmen state-wide.
