Face The State managing editor Brad Jones sat down with Fox 31's Peggy Bunker in the 7 o'clock hour to discuss the story. Melissa Hart, a CU law professor and counsel to the Initiative 82 campaign, issued a statement to the station attacking Amendment 46, but did not address the allegations of misconduct.
