Planners for this August's Democratic National Convention released a 28-page "Request for Proposals" to prospective vendors outlining a litany of restrictions on working conditions, food sourcing and business ownership. Denver Mayor John Hickenlooper praises the convention for its "visionary zeal" on the committee's web site. Zealous indeed.
